If there is some significant "other" person involved with hatching the first Enigmas, then it is not known about by me.

Or anyone else in the gecko world, as far as I understand and have researched. I'm curious as to what you mean, Matt.KelliH said:If there is some significant "other" person involved with hatching the first Enigmas, then it is not known about by me.
I'm curious as to what you mean, Matt.
I heard Mark Bell bought the first enigma through the grapevine, maybe you do not even know for sure, or maybe I heard wrong? The first name of enigma was high whites at Marks place, but I guess enigma sounds better for what reason? As you said it was marketing that you did for the rest, which is exactly what everyone is doing with the naming of new combo morph or selective line breeding and so am I. If is true or not I felt to be the only one judged for it and that is not fair. Everybody does the same thing one way or another that is marketing our animals the best way we can and lets admit it, as simple as that.Alberto,
Mark Bell hatched out the first Enigmas. He sent some to me to play with and cross into some other morphs. At the time, the morph did not really have a name, and so I came up with the name Enigma. Mark ASKED me to come up with a name. I thought it was a pretty cool name that fit this brand new morph that we really didn't know that much about. I did lots of marketing and sold some of the first Enigmas on the market for Mark while keeping a percentage of the money for myself. I never took credit for hatching the first Engimas, I always gave Mark credit for that.
I'm not sure what point you are trying to make with your comments...

I spoke to someone there at Marks place a few months ago when i purchased 10 more enigma from them and they told me this. No more no less, if they lied to me that I do not know. They called enigma high whites. Also, let me just say this. If the story that you (Alberto) posted is true, then someone lied out their ass to me. I don't believe it is true, it sounds like some nasty rumour someone started. Who is the supposed source of the "High Whites" then?
Well, the grapevine is from someone that works in Marks place in the leopard gecko department. It also possible that they are full of poo but as I said it should be researched better. Also ask the people that work there what they called enigma before enigma and maybe still now and let me know, and this is a fact because I spoke to someone about enigma and he did not even know what I was talking about and then he told me, oh yeah, the high whites, and this is not long ago when I purchased 10 more enigmas from them directly.
I have also recept for those 10 animals if you do not believe me.
If you were in my shoes I beleive you would have done the exact same thing I did, defend my name and tell the truth.
