The waiting is terrible!

I keep seeing new hatchlings posted and my girls don't even want to lay eggs. I've had 7 pairs together, but I've only witnessed breeding with 2 of those pairs (Agnes & Pogue and Godric & Allegra). I cannot wait for babies! I'm going to be terrible once the eggs are actually laid and in the incubator. I wish this process went a little bit quicker.

I know the feeling! One of my girls was bred New Years Eve/New Years Day...

and she still has yet to lay. She's shed twice, has gone off food, and is big enough to explode but she refuses to lay. I'm so anxious!

I think the wait is much worse once they are in the incubator. Hope you get eggs soon.

Thanks! There are a few girls that I can't wait for babies from, but they're not ovulating yet. I just hope to see a few eggs soon. I'll be happy to know that they're gravid. A couple are too fat to see.:main_rolleyes:

It never goes qiuck enough! Then once the season is over your wanting the next to hurry up and get here. Enjoy the excitement and hope for the best.
My first clutch was a couple duds from my tang group layed on 1/31/10. My SS female only layed one egg which is the same as her first clutch last years but it was fertile so I can't complain. Other females need to put on 5-10 grams atleast before being introduced. Hopefully they will have not problem ovulating.

I have had some ovulate and waiting for the others. Two you can see eggs and the one in the incubator is a few weeks away.
