What's for Dinner????

I thought it would be fun to see what everyone is having for dinner! Let's keep this thread going with the mouth-watering (or not-so-mouthwatering) menus we all have for dinner/supper!

I'll start... tonight we are having grilled marinated tenderlion fillets and lobster tails on the BBQ, with baked potatoes and steamed asparagus!!!

haha... I just cooked myself some penne pasta with tomato sauce with ground turkey. I think I eat this twice a week... lol.

bbqed pork ribs, about 3 differant types of salads, chips, dips, kabobs, crackers and spreads.......... I guess I should mention it was at a friends SpringTime Outside Celebration/B-Day party. Plus we had alot of wine and 2 kegs of Beer. There was soda, lemonade, water and cake, icecream and strawberries also.

We had porkchops and my mom's homemade stuffing. We also had her "secret" applesauce. It's one of my favorite meals!

We had guests this weekend, and one enjoys cooking Thai food (she took a class in Thailand). So we feasted on green curry with scallops and eggplant, sticky rice, asparagus from my garden, and for dessert sweet sticky rice & mango. Wish I could eat like that every day!!

Sounds like we're all eating well this weekend!

well, it's passover, so there isn't a whole lot of choice. Since I didn't have lunch till 3:00, I just had a snack (10:30pm) of leftover turkey and matzoh stuffing.

We had friends over, and my hubby BBQ'd burgers and hot dogs. Sides were fruit salad, potato salad, and chips!! Mmmmm........ :main_thumbsup:

I really like to have breakfast for dinner sometimes!

Tonight, I am having leftovers because my husband went to Colorado on a business trip. Sometimes when he's gone I just have cereal for dinner.

lets see, last night my son wanted grilled ham and cheese.. so we had that.. and i was craving a baked potato... so i had that too

...and hey i had pb&j for lunch today too (but w/ salt & vinagar chips)!!! except it didn't make it to lunch time. I ate it at 8:30 this morning

We BBQed at the bfs parents' yesterday. Burgers on the grill w/ homemade pasta salad. Yum! Tonight I think it's going to be spaghetti with homemade meat sauce with beef and italian sausage. Occassionally, I can cook.

Marcia, I am with you, though. I have been known to eat cereal for many meals on a regular basis. :main_yes: Have since I was little.....my Mom had a horrible time getting me to eat anything else! lol

Ryan, my hubby and I (and kids!!) eat PB & J's ALL THE TIME. And I'm older than you.
