What's for Dinner????

We BBQed at the bfs parents' yesterday. Burgers on the grill w/ homemade pasta salad. Yum! Tonight I think it's going to be spaghetti with homemade meat sauce with beef and italian sausage. Occassionally, I can cook.

It's spaghetti night at my house too No homemade sauce, but I do add italian sausage to it and I always make garlic breadsticks. Now if I can get the kids to eat the meal before asking for the chocolate cake it will be a miracle.

Chili and cornbread with butter and honey! Hubby is a mean cook, if I can get him to BBQ lobster tails those are melt in your mouth good! He hates most veggies, so I am off to your house to get me some of that delicious California asparagus!!!!

Fish, Home Fries, Deepfried mushrooms, and of course the salad.

This is considerd a big meal at this time in my house. As I am doing Jiu-Jitsu as a 'part time career"(make minimal moneys at tournments) I am cutting weight for the under weight class.

This is making me hungry....lol! I had something from a bag...that was frozen...and put in a pan...and cooked. lol...it had chicken...and pasta...and greenbeans...and some sauce in it.... How great.... lol.

I made baked ziti last night...whole wheat rigatoni pasta, ground bison (seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, and onion salt), 2 jars of sauce, whole milk mozzarella and parmesan. It was tastiness!

Keith and I were sick all weekend so I wasn't super excited about cooking last night. We had frozen (then baked) Parmesan Chicken breasts with no sides. LOL

I know I'm going to have a peanut butter and chocolate sandwich for lunch. One of my students was eating one at school one day and it was all I could do to not snatch it from her hands and eat it myself! So I found the pre-mixed chocolate peanut butter at the store...it's SO good!

It's tee ball/little league practice night tonight so we have to eat and run. We are having the exact same thing as you for dinner. The kids saw this concoction at the store and BEGGED for it.

I think I will have to stop by your house for the chocolate cake, though!

My mom cooked loosemeats with fried garlic potatoes and brussle sprouts. She toasted the buns and melted cheese on them. Tasty!!!
