My mom cooked loosemeats with fried garlic potatoes and brussle sprouts. She toasted the buns and melted cheese on them. Tasty!!!

Maid Rites, hmmm! This most likely eliminates roadkill and squirrels, which is what I was thinking loosemeats may have been....probably are something more like Spam? :main_laugh:

Haha, it's just ground up hamburger on a bun with seasonings.

I just ate a yummy honey baked ham and swiss sandwich!
