I snapped these quickly the other day. The bee male is mine and the pastel female is my daughters. Mine switched to frozen thawed right away and is a total pig. My daughter's finally switched over last week after shedding.:D

Great bee! You know I've never even thought about posting photos of my ball pythons...when I get more time!

Gorgeous bee!! Where did you get yours? I'm getting my cousin a bee for her Bday cause she's into breeding and she talks about them all the time. I don't know how much they are or a good place to get them from.

Thank you! I got mine from Pro Exotics at a show. They usually go for $450-$600 for young ones.

Update on my boy. When I got him in October, he was 112 grams. I weighed him (empty) yesterday and he's already up to 208 grams! He's such a pig!

They look awesome Kristi, I think a Lemonblast or Pinstripe female would be a great addition.

I am definitely planning on a pinstripe female. I might get a black pastel female, too. I really love how they look.

very nice bee and pastel! kristi you need to get an adult normal female to breed that bee to and maybe hit the double odds!

LOL!

I don't really have anything super special, just whatever you see on classifieds and other forums.

Something about spiders and some mojave lines- they grow extremely fast even without powerfeeding (my guess would be the different locality genetics from the original bloodlines). I've had some females over 1,300 grams within a year using sporadic feeding methods. I know this method has started to gain popularity and I can understand why. Kristi, I would recommend getting 4-5 large normal adult females for the male bee!

well if it is her first year she can get some pastels, spiders , bee's and/or normals. for a future mate i would go with a pinner, lemon blast, fire or kingpin

I try not to go cheap or boring with breeding. If I'm going to do it, I usually go all out. I'm not buying anything super expensive, but I already have a female pinstripe on hold. I'm also thinking about getting a cinnamon female. Maybe a lesser, but I'm not sure. I love the bee combo morphs.:)
