It would be awesome if the Packers and and Giants square off and the Chargers and Jaguars duke it out in the AFC. I'm not a Cowboys fan and I'm kinda tired of the Patriots. It would be nice if the Jaguars made it to the superbowl.:D

I will say this though, whoever makes it to the Superbowl, the AFC will take it.

I dont like the Pats or Cowboys, but they will probably go to superbowl.

The giants are hot the giants are hot... thats what they said the last time they played us. Osi would sack Romo all day... at the end of the day 0 recorded sacks for Osi... I'm not concerned with the giants, they are a bunch of highly overrated players who talk to much. The only player on their team who had been a problem for us was Shockey and he broke his leg. And Henry and Newman will actually both be starting at the same time this time against the G-men, so I am not concerned about their receivers either.

It should be a good game. And oh yeah Go Jags, I really hope you crush the *perfect asterisk patsies*********.

Pretty decent games this past weekend huh?!? It'll be an interesting game between the Pack and the Giants. I don't like either team but one has to represent the NFC. I hope the Chargers pull through though.

Well, I said it in October and I'm sticking with it....Patriots vs. Giants.

And I'm also STRONGLY sticking with my argument that the Pats are much better than the Colts.

I don't think it has anything to do with Jessica, she was also at the Packers game and the Jets game where the Cowboys throttled them at home might I add. People look a little too much into that situation, and who could say they'd deny a trip to Mexico with her if she offered huh? I know I wouldn't.

My predictions are:

1.) There won't be a Manning in the bowl this year, cause the Packers are just too good.
2.) Bret Favre, to cap off a perfect end to his great carreer, leads his team in a win the "Game of Games" against what many thought was "The Best Football Team of All Time".

It's just all falling in to place for a truely great quarterback at just the right time. At the least, it should have be a good bowl game. And who would have seen this coming at the beginning of the season? :main_huh:

It can go either way with these teams in the NFC. It will boil down to which one makes the fewest turnovers. Like I said before, I don't like either team representing the NFC (especially not the PACK) but whoever makes it will lose in the Superbowl. The Patriots or Chargers are just simply better than the Giants or Packers.

I guess we'll see.

I think its funny how the Packers can get beat up horribly by my Bears (my bad Bears...twice) and not mention it later in discussions about the best team in the NFC. I'm shocked at how many people overlooked the Giants...and even laughed at me months ago when I predicted they would be in the Super Bowl. Too bad for them though, Pats are gonna take over SB42 and end their season how they deserve to.

(No, I'm not a Pats fan)

so you think the pats are going to get caught cheating again in the superbowl and actually get punished this time?

:( I am surprised that greenbay lost. I wanted to see brett farve in the superbowl.

Pats are going to win my 80% garuntee. Giants will give them a run for there money though.

I was a little shocked to see the Giants going to the Superbowl. They have been playing well as of late though.

i hope the patriots win for 2 reasons
1) im a pats fan
2) im tired of hearing mercury morris or whatever the heck his name is from the old dolphins team. He's about the most annoying person ive ever heard talk and he thinks his poo dont stink b/c his team went undefeated back in the 70's. mind you they only won 17 games that year which the pats have already surpassed. please patriots win so this man will shut up!

i hate the patriots. sure they're 18-0* but they got caught cheating. bellicheat got fined $500k which he promptly got back when kraft (aka mr. moneybags) offered him a new contract extension and the team lost their first round pick (with goodell fully knowing that they had an extra from the hapless 49ers which would no doubt be higher than their original selection anyway)

plus they have:

- an adulterer for a coach (not to mention that he cheats at football and is a complete jerk to the media at all times)
- a womanizing, purse carrying, prettyboy quarterback with an illegitimate kid
- a pair of pothead wideouts (one of which has a lawsuit pending over beating a woman)
- an hgh using safety who is voted year in and year out the league's dirtiest player but was magically reinstated after four games
- a defensive tackle who has been fined three separate times this year alone without being suspended a single game
- another defensive lineman who never gets called for all the cheap shots he dishes out (knocked rivers on his rear after one play right in front of the ref and just got the 'oooh, you better not do that again mister or i'll penalize you' routine)
- a linebacker who is revered as a hero because he had a stroke in his 30's and came back to play (newsflash: there's no way a healthy 30-somthing, let alone an nfl player just has a stroke. maybe it has something to do with the 'roids and coke)
- '91' decals on their helmets all season honoring a backup defensive lineman who drowned this summer, but when sean taylor was murdered they took that decal off after one week
- and let's not forget all those 65-3 blowouts where brady played all but a handful of plays and went back in if the other team scored to cut the lead to less than 6 touchdowns

Ooh, ooh now do the other 31 teams. There is not one team out there who's stuff doesn't stink. There is more then one team that took off the 21 decal after that first week. If I were Goodell, I would have made it manditory for the rest of the season. It doesn't matter how healthy you are, you can still suffer from a stroke. There are plenty of athletes that have even suffered heart attacks. Having an affair and illigitimate kids are not illegal, immoral but NOT illegal. I'm sure there's more than one player out there who has an illigitimate child and that is probably with the women he cheated with.

Oh by the way I'm not much of a Pat's fan, I wanted GB to win the SB. But since they were knocked out I would like to see history made.

I cannot wait until this "spygate" cr@p is over...I cant even count how many times I heard that many teams do it, the Pats just happened to get caught. The Jets got caught last year doing the same thing. Just because they can't win a game means they shouldn't get the same treatment everyone is giving the Patriots?

What about the Colts during the Pats/Colts game this year? Colts got caught feeding crowd noise through their sound system during Patriot snap counts. It clearly skipped (like a CD) and the crowd noise would go in and out. You could even hear it on TV. I bet barely anyone even knows about it because they aren't undefeated. All I saw was one article saying the NFL would decide about it.

Plus the fact, don't you think after getting caught, the Pats were being watched closer? Meaning their next 17 games were won without "cheating"...Plus...it was the Jets....

I would LOOOOVE to see this for the Bengals. Do you really think the Pats are the only ones with stories like these behind the scenes?

I cannot wait for this season to end....for the first time in my life. I don't see why people find the need to do this...

regardless of what they did it wouldnt be enough to go 18-0...players still have to make the catches and stop the other team.

as for the decals on the helmets...i dont think any team besides the redskins did stuff for taylor after that first week...and i dont see why its a big deal the 91 is for THEIR teammate, regardless of whether he was a backup linemen or the starting qb your teammate is part of your family.

being a jerk to the media doesnt even matter, id be a jerk to them too, the media for the most part are pieces of poo. as for being an adulterer, thats his own choice. Andy Reid's house was full of drugs from his 2 cracked out kids that he just feeds money to and continues to coach instead of parenting his kids when he should have, but hey thats ok the eagles didnt make the playoffs!

as for the crack on brady, who cares? you just described tony romo minus the kid, but what does all that have to do with him playing football for the patriots?

if the wideouts were "potheads" where are their positive tests? and besides thats not going to make them better players if anything that would hinder their play.

as for rodney harrison...all ill say is shawn merriman last year?

the "knock down" of rivers was a flop by rivers lil punk arse and the ref did see that...if you want to talk bad about a qb lets talk about rivers antics on the field and sideline(lord knows what he does off the field)

anybody can have a stroke or heart attack or any health issue, just b/c your an athlete doesnt mean your immune to health issues.

i dont really see what any of this has to do with them on the field anyways, if your going to attack teams for their off the field doings why dont we talk about the bengals, titans, falcons, etc. every team has off the field issues the fact is your giving these guys millions of dollars and some fame and most of them cannot handle both of those things and be a perfect lil angel.
