Still catching up after vacation, so I just saw the date & location! I really hope that I will be able to go! Daytona is out for me this year and possibly next, so with luck, this will work out! :main_yes:

This will be an absolutely wonderful event!! Can't wait. Let this become a regular thing....bigger and bigger every year. Thanks to those organizing this!!

Wow. I think that sounds awesome. Daytona definitely would not have been good because the big show would dilute the interest in a separate gecko symposium.

I hope I can afford to go to Texas.

A few hundred dollars for a plane ticket and room would be money I could potentially spend on another nice animal!

Chicago would be a cool place for a symposium some day.

We have scheduled a date and time. The first symposium will be held at the NARBC Show in Dallas on March 13-14, 2010. We are still working out some final details with Bob Ashley (he is the promoter of all the NARBC shows) but we have a conference room available to us and the event will be promoted along with the show.

Man!! I was there at that show buying my KSB and I didn't even know the symposium was going on!!

When is the next one?

I vote Las Vegas, NV.
Plenty of bargin hotel prices.
Reasonable cost on food and amenities.
Cheaper airfares compaired to most other locations.
Large and small convention/meeting room selection from almost every hotel/casino.
