I think I messed up BIG TIME. My leopard gecko didn't have a heat lamp or uvb until today (I'm not entirely sure how much uvb the repti basking lamp from zoo med provides), and she doesn't look well. She's not eating, and I've tried force feeding. She's shedding okay, but I worry I've done something horrible as a reptile owner. I've had her since August 31st 2021, and she was doing fine until winter when she was carrying unfertilized eggs.

If you have a heat mat that keeps the floor temperatures on the hot side in the low 90's and if you're supplementing her with calcium and vitamin D3, you don't need a heat lamp or UVB. If you don't have the correct heat and supplementation as described above, you need to arrange for it. Based on the pictures, I think a vet visit would be important.

Thanks, apparently PetCo has a vet my Leopard gecko that they want me to use, so I'll arrange a vet visit. Any recommendations on how to get her to eat again?

Sometimes you just have to wait her out. However, here are 2 articles I wrote about getting geckos to eat:
