OMG lucky cat indeed, can you imagine seeing your cat comming towards you with that , Id have freaked , the owner must have acted fast to get someone out to remove the snake and get to the vet intime thats insane.

The Article says that snake is a copper head... the snake in the pic is by no means a copper head and doesn't even look like a cottonmouth i highly doubt that snake is even venomous.

I thought the exact same thing, having grown up in the southern US where copperheads abound, but apparently it's an Australian Copperhead.

yea this is an australian article and there for an australian copperhead which looks nothing like the american counterpart
