It's oh so easy to make!

We had cod with a breaded coating, rice, and corn. It totally rocks being married to a cook. :main_thumbsup:

I've got to come' to Arlington Mel, and I wanna taste those tacos. ;)

Just found this thread... Great idea Marcia!

Sunday dinner is always turned up a bit, but we probably have a home cooked meal at least four nights a week...

Roast chicken, mashed potatoes w/ cream, corn soufflé, stuffing (dressing for you southern folk), green beans w/ slivered almonds, fresh cranberries with orange zest... Oh yeah can't forget the GRAVY! This was just my mom and me... She loves to cook!

Ham, baked yams with butter and brown sugar, and steamed veggies. (I just want the big old yam!) I have to pass on the cornbread tonight... it's not good for my waist(s).

Marcia, your food always sounds so good!
And I had Sheetz last night. It is just gas station food, but I am addicted. HaHa.

It may sound good, but it's not always the best tasting stuff. Actually, I cook meals almost every night because my husband 'claims' he can't cook. At least he usually does the cleaning up after dinner!

Tonight we are having grilled Mahi-mahi, herbed brown & wild rice, and steamed broccolli florets. Glenn will slather his veggies with mayo... I won't.
