Marcia, everything I've had at your house has been awesome!! :main_yes:

We had cheeseburgers on Sunday and, well leftover cheeseburgers last night. Significantly less awesome the second time around, but fast. Maybe spaghetti tonight. The kids have baseball games or practice nearly every day, so fast is good.

Sushi Wednesday here! Sometimes we have sushi Fridays too...and Saturdays...they actually have our picture on the wall. lol

YUMMMMM!! SUSHI!!! I could eat it every night ... but I'd be broke!

Anyway, I am making Chicken & Pasta with Pesto Sauce tonight. It's not exciting, but it feeds the family.

Tonight were having chicken fried steak, with mashed potatoes and country gravy. Should be pretty good. And then I'm going to have coffee with some friends at around 9:00. I'm excited!

Last night we had chili rellenos and chicken enchiladas with roasted pepper mole sauce, rice, beans, and of course.... margaritas! Conco de Mayo!!!

Tonight, I'm making cheese tortellini with clam alfredo sauce.

Tonight is more chicken pot-stickers and carrots for me... lol. I'm on a semi-diet.... I eat this or turkey meat spaghetti with wheat noodles most nights of the week... call me crazy, but it's worked thus far! I've lost about 6 pounds in the last two weeks! woohoo!

We had:

Rubin Casserole,

Cheesy rice and Chicken Casserole,

Lasagna,

Lemon cake with Lemon Icing,

Chesse Cake,

Peanut-butter Bars,

and a big ol Cheese ball.

Casserole themed family get together obviously haha.
