Thanks Marcia, if we could bring the zoo with us we would totally consider heading that way!
We had bean and rice tostadas for dinner tonight but tomorrow a friend and I are making chicken flautas. Yum!!

Chicken Pot Pie tonight, smells really good (THANKS MOM!!!) :p
I made this snack recipe which is really good and would be great for a party.
You take 8 ounces of cream cheese (low fat is easier to mix).
And add it in a bowl with 4-5 tablespoons of mustard (Grey Poupon's course mustard works good).
Mix it up until it is evenly mixed, and then take those big (but not huge) pretzels and break pieces off to dip!
Mmm mmm mmmmm.

Ahhhhh lucky you Paul. We just recently found a place that makes authentic philly cheese steaks, they have the philly cheeze whiz, whiz fries, and even tasty cakes! I've never been to Philly but Mike used to live in the area, and he's missed the food from there ever since (past 13 years).

We're having sushi! We used to own a Korean restaurant (got too busy to keep up with in such a small building) so we have our own rolls we make, some we made up. Here's what we're having tonight!

Shrimp and Piggy roll: Cooked shrimp, piece of cooked bacon, and little bit of cream cheese.

In'N'Out Roll (our house roll): Teriyaki Chicken, slice of carrot, little bit of cream cheese, coated in panko and deep fried with teriyaki sauce sprinkled on it.

Smoked Salmon Roll: Smoked salmon (sliced super thin) laid on top of a roll with just cucumber in it, and REALLY thinly sliced lemon on top of the salmon

I am not ashamed to say I ate that 14.5 inch(measured it) overflowing philly cheese steak in record time... hahaha

LUCKY? I haven't been able to find authentic mexican food in I can't remember when!!!! I lived in Houston(Alief and.. shhh 1 mile from the sharpstown mall) as a youth and ate mexican more than mexicans :D

Lived in Wickenburg AZ too...... before the second traffic light went up;)
