Tonight was the roasted turkey salad from Cracker Barrell...my favorite!
A side note about the "loosemeats"...not sure wehat they were until today but my friend promised me that they were good and that he would make them for me later this week...not sure about them still!

Omg! It's lunch time and it was not a good time for me to read this thread! Lol. We have had homemade chicken parm, some very yummy burgers Matt makes, and my favorite thing to make is filet minon with a nice crust over the surface and done to perfection at medium for me and medium rare for Matt. Yummmmmmmmmmmmm!

Just had my usual breakfast, shredded wheat bites and Peet's French roast coffee (for those that don't know, Peet's makes Starbucks taste like milky water). Usually I have fresh blackberries or raspberries on top but am out today.

Coffee is fine. I make 'red-eye' gravy with ham bone marrow and coffee... it's great! But sweet pickles in enchiladas?????

Last night we had Jambalya from a box with sausage in it. It was one of the most disgusting things I've ever tasted. So technically I didn't eat dinner but keith did. I can't wait until this stupid storm recovery is over. I can live without electricity but if my favorite sushi place doesn't open back up soon I may lose it! I'd pay $20 a piece right now....I'm desperate!! LOL
