My friend last year get from w&y x classic - 85 - 90 % w&y . But when he connect with albino or het. albino he always get classics ... strenght

Why would Giant Tremper nullify the W&Y all togeather and why would only 2 babies hatch from a father/daughter breeding that show the desired trait?

It sounds to me like we may have alot of trait linkage with this morph that could explain the low rates.

When I looked at the pictures some of them look like what I would expect a Hyper Xathic Mack Snow to look like...

W&Y are an older morph than the Macks.

There are some more healthy looking W&Y across Europe now, as far as I know their genetics are pure mendelian dominant, nothing special...

Yeah good point. The blizzard and the patty looked a lot alike when they first came out (from what I have heard at least, wasn’t really around back then)

All the albinos look similar; sometimes you don’t even know what strain you have until test bred.

The snows also all look similar to me as well. I actually believe that all snows have some kind of ancestry shared. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to get Super Snows from all of them, when bred to a Mack. So maybe that is the case with the Blue Tails, and Enigmas?

So in my opinion I would say they are most likely different from each other, although similar. Why can’t we have two morphs that look the same? We already have 3 for the albinos, and 4 for the snows. So why not Enigmas & Blue Tails?

They do look much like Enigmas, especially the pattern/lack thereof. Do you have a close up picture of the eye? The adult White and Yellow pics I have seen of the eyes do not look like Enigma eyes to me. Perhaps a very similar genetic morph but not exactly the same? How could it ever be proven either way if both are dominant?
