Just wondering what would happen if we have bad weather for shipping geckos? I'd have no problem sending someone an awesome gift:banana: but it can get mighty cold here that time of year :sick2:

If it's too cold but you want to ship a gecko, you just let your person know (or I can if you want to remain anonymous), that you'll ship it on a warmer day, probably closer to spring. Most people don't mind waiting.

I'm in Ohio so I know how cold it is. I would keep an eye on the weather, wait for a warm(er) day than what we usually have then ship in an insulated box with a heat pack.

Option B is hire my shipping company to deliver your reptile. I have a team of trained goats that will ship cross country through any weather. We accept hay, fresh baked chocolate chip cookies or grain.

Imma opt for option B. Just baked a fresh batch of cookies! :main_laugh:

Did someone ask for an update??

Hm...can I mail the cookie to you? lol

Oookay guys. The 11th is coming up on us really fast and we've got 42 people signed up already! We could always use more, though. Remember, you don't need to spend a lot of money to participate--it's the spirit of the season that's important! You can give posters, gecko-art, little handmade leo pins, neat objects you picked up at goodwill---get creative!

:)

That would be awesome! I've always wanted to nom on a gecko, but being a vegetarian, I've never figured out a way to do it--now I can! lol

I almost nommed on my crestie earlier today... but that was her own fault.

Crestie feet do not taste good, by the way.

I can't believe that you are questioning Santa's capability of keeping a gecko warm!!!! He'll probably tuck it under the belt :main_thumbsup:

NEVER question Santa! That's how you end up with gecko poop in your stocking!! :D:main_yes:

Don't you ever sleep? I at least have a legitimate excuse as to why I was up at 4:30am.

I don't know about you but the thought of getting squished under the fat man's belt is rather unpleasant.:p

That depends. Did you put it off all weekend and it was due this morning? If so then yes.

How many people are signed up now?

Nah, it was a paper I was working on all weekend, just finished it this morning lol. Was due at 8:30.

Still only 42 people signed up...haven't had any new ones since yesterday :(
