The NEW Squamata Concepts breeding facility!!!

Will get pics up soon with all the cages set up but here are some build photos....

Outside shell is reinforced cinder block with a concrete skim coat... We installed a steel door and frame...

We wood framed the inside and ran 4, 4 plug outlets, and a light switch for the overhead lighting... We also lined the cinder block walls with 3/4 inch styrofoam boards for extra insulation...

We then fully insulated every wall and the ceiling with R-19...

We then sheet-rocked all the walls and the ceiling... We left an attic hole for storage...

We then filled all screw holes and taped all seems...

Lastly, we dug out a french drain to keep water from ever getting in the room...

Looks great! I read that you were going to climate control the facility? Just out of curiosity, are you still going to provide them with a heat gradient?
