Theres a picture of a hatchling Galaxy he just posted. Hes stating its not related to the Super Snow complex.

That is ridiculous. It is more than "related" to the Super Snow "complex"... IT IS A SUPER SNOW! It is a very nice Super Snow Eclipse! He is claiming the Galaxy to be a "NEW RECESSIVE TRAIT THAT IS NOT A SUPER SNOW". Unbelievable.

Eggs mixed up and had a mack snow het eclipse produce more macks hets eclipse and breed them together and got a SS eclipse. Waaalaaa a new morph what will pay off the mortgage and into early retirement.

Is it just me or do others feel ashamed that someone who might of had a great status in breeding leopard geckos would do such a disservice to the community by confusing new and uneducated leo owners into a money making 'dollar morph' by slapping on a few fancy names to unproven genetics. I am ashamed I dont even like saying the name Tremper anymore. The name kinda sickens me now days.

Yes.

You have 14 pet leopard geckos? Why so many?

I had many more when I was breeding, but cut it down to my favorites when I decided to dedicate my time and effort to other projects that I found more fulfilling. Compared to the total number of herps I keep, 14 is a drop in the bucket. :D

Ok now I'm curious. Lol. Could it be ab instead of eclipse since ab doesn't produce melanine the same way? Albino morphs are so much easier.

Abyssinians are Eclipses, but that is neither. That gecko is an obvious Super Snow and not particularly unusual for the morph in any way that I can see.

Personally, I stick pretty much with the classic morphs, tried and true. Then again, I like classic cars (70's hot rods) and classic rock.......... The next new thing is of little interest to me aside from just looking at it and seeing how different it is, or even if it is "different". I'm not thrilled about producing a pile of Super Raptors, so far 3 clutches this year and more eggs cooking. Mack Raptors was the goal. I think of the Raptor as a newer classic, at least in my pea brain :)

Some of the newer colors and patterns are just simply ugly in my opinion lol (not naming anything specific). I wonder if any breeders are willing to share if they have any luck selling any of these newer looking geckos.

Same...

No offense to anyone but I dont get the whole white and yellow thing. I mean its a gecko with a white head and tail, and yellow body... ehh not impressed.

For me the super snow eclipses right now have intrigued me because they look cool and I have hatched an extraordinary one. I plan to make a project of it I just hope I can do something with it since this is my first time actually trying to line breed. :anxious:

I was just curious if there was more than meets the eye. Also I plan to try and breed a mack "aby" (if I hatch one this year) to one of my eclipse snows and see what comes out of that. Maybe the ss "abys" will look just like idk... ss eclipses ;) lol

I totally agree. I just ask that someone come forward with some pictures of a similar animal to show it is sse. And I don't mean white noses. I've seen enough of those. Lol. I want to see someone else with a sse that has a white face and white sides. White tail tip and white limbs. That's all.

Here are 2 sse's that i believe are males with the white faces, sides, tip of tails, & limbs... No paradox spots though, hope these pics provide a good enough example of whats being discussed...
